Born in the beautiful walled city of Bergamo, my family history spans the US, Russia, China, and Italy. After obtaining my BSc in Theoretical Physics in Milan, in 2011 I moved to the United Kingdom to perfect my studies at Imperial College London. I spent the first decade of my career in the City, on the trading floors of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS, working as data scientist and quantitative analyst across electronic sales and trading.
Increasingly dissatisfied with corporate life, in 2022 I decided to venture out on my own. Together with Konrad Rotthege, I started conveyo, a technology company whose mission is to make buying and selling property fast, easy and safe.
Raised in a culture of artisans and entrepreneurs, my approach to business is pragmatic and sustainable. I believe that true mastery only happens by owning one’s craft end to end. I take pride in building elegant, robust products that match each clients’ unique requirements yet are capable of scaling to serve millions, achieving an ideal harmony between automation and human touch.
